Noughts & Crosses (No Measure)
Seperate the group in to two teams, standing in two single file lines behind a cone. Put three beanbags in the floor in front of the two lines.
10m in front of the lines, mark out a square with 9 boxes. On ‘GO’ the first person in each line picks up a bean bag, moves out in a manner specified by the coach and puts the bean bag in a ‘box’, sprints back and tags the next person. This is repeated until a team gets three bags lined up.

– 5 Press-ups
– Bear Crawl Back
– Shout BACK
