10-40: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
30 Minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 10 Burpees
Minute 2 – 12 Sit Ups
Minute 3 – 20 DU’s
Repeat for 10 rounds.
Scaling options-
Burpees to 8 or 7 as needed
Sit Ups to 10
DU’s to 14 (Or 20 Penguin Jumps)
