Leap Frog Burpees (No Measure)

The kids will form a single file line forwards facing, two lines if over 4 kids in the class. Get the kids to space out a couple of meters.

The kid at the back leap frogs the person in front and performs a burpee, repeat this until they are at the front and then the kid now at the back goes.


Air Squats


Metcon (No Measure)

AMRAP in a Given Time

– 5 Wall Balls

– 3 Press-ups

– Shuttle Sprint to cone and back


Bean Bag Suprise (No Measure)

Write down various movements on note paper and lay them face down on the floor in a grid pattern.

Each kid throws a bean bag at a note, the coach turns over the closest note and all the kids have to do X number of reps of that movement.

To make it more fun, get another kid to roll the giant dice to decide the reps.
