1 Km DB Farmers Carry (Mark Out 20m shuttle with cones)

EOMOM (Every 2 mins) 5 Jump Lunges

Rest 2 Mins

1200m Row As fast as possible (400m max distance per team member…unless there is a team of 2)

The scoring to TOTAL time to complete both workouts.

Self police your 2 minute rest period.
